The complimentary 90 Minute Meeting™ is designed to introduce you and your team to the EOS process by learning more about how the EOS tools strengthen the 6 Key Components™. This is an opportunity to see if EOS is right for your organization as well as a chance to get to know your EOS implementer.
The Focus Day™ is the first step after you have chosen to use the EOS tools with a Professional Implementer™. This is where we really get started, dedicating a full 6-8-hour day to teach your leadership team the 5 Leadership Abilities™ and to determine clear roles and responsibilities with the Accountability Chart™. From there we will create a 90-Day World™ by determining your first set of Rocks and establishing a Meeting Pulse™. And finally, we end the day with the introduction of your first Scorecard™. This session and every session day with Daniel is fully guaranteed.
Typically, 30 days after the Focus Day™ is complete, we will meet for Vision Building™ Day 1, another full-day session. The time between sessions allows for your team to practice all of the Focus Day™ tools. On Vision Building™ Day 1, we will review the material from the Focus Day™ and track the work you have done. Then, you’ll be guided through answering the 8 Questions™ of the Vision/Traction Organizer™. During this process, you will answer the questions: What are your Core Values? What is your Core Focus™? What is your Core Target™? This session and every session day with Daniel is fully guaranteed.
Thirty days after Vision Building™ Day 1, we meet for Vision Building™ Day 2, another full-day session. We begin the day by reviewing all the tools and the work completed thus far. Once everyone is caught up and any necessary adjustments have been made, we continue where we left off answering the 8 Questions of the Vision/Traction Organizer™. Here we tackle: your Marketing Strategy, the 3-year Picture™, the 1-year plan, your company’s Quarterly Rocks and finally, the Issues List. At this point, your leadership team is 100% aligned with the vision and how to execute it. At the end of the day, we will discuss the process to roll-out these tools to the rest of your organization. This session and every session day with Daniel is fully guaranteed.
The Quarterly Pulsing™ session day is held once per quarter. In these sessions, we start by reviewing the quarter’s numbers and results. We will also review the Vision/Traction Organizer and make sure the team is 100% on the same page. We will then shift and dive deeper into the EOS tools and then reset the 90-day priorities by creating a new set of Rocks. Finally, we will spend time addressing the biggest issues you are facing with IDS (Identify, Discuss and Solving). This session and every session day with Daniel is fully guaranteed.
The Annual Planning session is comprised of two consecutive full-days where your leadership team will review the annual goals and results, and then, we will shift and focus on Team Health. Next, we evaluate with both the Organizational Checkup™ and the SWOT analysis. We then build out the 3-Year Picture™, 1-Year plans, and the Quarterly Rocks. Lastly, we will facilitate IDS (Identify, Discuss and Solving) to address the issues at hand. This session and every session day with Daniel is fully guaranteed.
